The Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms by engaging in MEDIA services.
A 50% Deposit is required to secure bookings.
tHE REST OF THE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPON COMPLETION OF THE PHOTOS
Should you cancel, a relative cancellation fee will apply. This will be taken out of the deposit.
Should you be late, relative late fees will apply.
The right to cancel the Agreement is RESERVED for the Photographer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as severe weather, illness, or equipment failure.
In the event of SERVICE-SIDE cancellation, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid.
